Management Fees Structure
Annual management fee structure
- 1.00% on the initial $100,000 in assets, plus
- 0.75% on an additional $200,000 in assets, plus
- 0.50% on an additional $300,000 in assets, plus
- 0.25% on an additional $400,000 in assets, plus
- 0.15% on the balance exceeding $1,000,000 in assets.
Fees are based on the net market value of assets under management at the end of each quarter and are payable at the start of the next quarter.
